SST89E516RD
Microchip’s SST89E516RD is a 8051 based Microcontroller which uses the 8051 instruction set and is pin-for-pin compatible with standard 8051 microcontroller devices like 89S51, 89S52. It is equivalent to NXP’s 89V51RD2.
The main advantage of using SST89E516 is it has a inbuilt bootloader and it can be serially programmed through PC using EASY IAP Software.
