Radio Frequency Modules are mostly used to add wireless capability to your project, you can use Wi-Fi modules or Bluetooth modules also but Radio Frequency modules will provide a longer range without the need of the internet and hence commonly used for RC control. This 2400 MHz RF Transceiver Module is ultra-low power RF transceiver IC for the ISM (Industrial Scientific and Medical) band. The nRF Module has a transmission range of about 200m. It communicates with SPI communication protocols. The nRF24L01 module is used in many applications like communication between two devices directly, home automation, wireless alarm systems, Robot control and monitoring systems, Remote sensing of temperatures and pressures or any sensor output, etc.
